The 100% Business Presenter is the first professional presentation training programme designed to fit around the hybrid native. It combines in-person, sprint-style group training with online, personality-centric coaching. Using SecondNatures’s proprietary Presentation MapperTM tool, participants learn how to develop compelling presentation narratives using storytelling techniques, and deliver them with confidence and authenticity, in-person and online.

How the programme works
Session 1: The 100% Business Presenter programme kicks off with a 1-day immersive, in-person, group workshop. During this sprint-style session participants receive personalised feedback on their current presenting impact and effectiveness, together with individualised coaching. As part of this they’ll learn how to tailor the substance and style of their presentations to meet the needs of both in-person and online audiences. They’ll also practise using our unique Presentation MapperTM to create compelling presentation storylines that brings their content to life, regardless of how technical or complex the message. They will also learn techniques to get audiences leaning in and on their side within 5 seconds of starting their presentations.
Session 2. The second training element is a live online ½-day group training session.
During this session participants will learn the art of creating a positive first impression, and importantly, how to maximise their online impact and gravitas.
They will also develop powerful TED-type speaking techniques using a combination of tools such as voice modulation, pausing, gestures and facial expressions, as well as advanced storytelling methods including gear changes, attention hooks, metaphors, and analogies.
Finally in this session, they’ll learn how to maintain listener attention (especially important for audiences who are remote) using SecondNature’s 3M rule, and Passive, Participative and Pointed audience involvement. Plus how to manage questions confidently and effectively.

Session 3. The 100% Business Presenter programme culminates with each participant receiving 1 hour of online 1-to-1 coaching where their final presentations are videoed and they receive in-depth, highly individualised feedback and coaching to refine their authentic presenting style.
